Notes from George
Most Wednesdays George writes something worth reading. Occasionally on Sunday mornings when the pour-over is right and the light is good.
About coffee. About American landscape. About the difference between buying something and choosing it.
Free. Always.
George taught American history for twenty years in classrooms that smelled like chalk and old paper. He retired early. Now he reads more, travels to national parks with his wife, and takes his morning cup seriously.
Official Fellow Citizen is a specialty grade coffee registry. Every coffee in the registry is Specialty Coffee Association certified and independently lab tested by FoodChain ID — a PJLA-accredited laboratory — for mycotoxins, heavy metals, and contaminants, with all compounds returning Not Detected. Each issue is paired with a Smithsonian Open Access painting of American landscape and history, roasted in the United States, and permanently recorded on Ethereum Mainnet, independent of any website or company.
This publication is free. It publishes when there is something worth saying. Most Wednesdays, and occasionally on Sunday mornings when the pour-over is right and the light is good.
